These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and ttmp4 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Service") governing your access to and use of the ttmp4 website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, placing bets, or using any Service features, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Service and may not create or maintain an account. We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. ttmp4 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure. Any winnings accumulated during the period of non-compliance may be voided.
To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You must not use false names, proxy addresses, or information belonging to another person. Providing false information is grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of funds.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username, password, and any other security credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. You agree to notify ttmp4 immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. ttmp4 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized Account access that occurs due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.
ttmp4 implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify Player identity, prevent fraud, and comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Upon registration or at any point thereafter, you may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification (Indonesian KTP, passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and a selfie photograph holding your ID. Processing time for KYC verification is typically 1-24 hours. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or refused until verification is successfully completed. Refusal to complete KYC procedures will result in Account suspension.
ttmp4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at our sole discretion if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused Bonuses, colluded with other Players, used the Service for money laundering purposes, or otherwise acted in bad faith. Upon Account closure, any remaining Balance may be returned to you via your original deposit method after deducting any outstanding fees or chargebacks. Bonus funds and pending bonus winnings will be forfeited. We will provide written notice of Account suspension or closure when legally permitted to do so.
ttmp4 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (including but not limited to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and Indonesian e-wallets (including but not limited to OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We reserve the right to add, remove, or restrict payment methods at any time without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account verification status. Verified Accounts may be eligible for higher deposit limits. Deposit limits are intended to promote responsible gambling and may be adjusted upon request through customer support.
Most deposits are credited to your Account instantly during Indonesian banking hours (WIB - Western Indonesia Time). Deposits made outside banking hours or during public holidays may experience delays of up to 24 hours. ttmp4 does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees independently.
You warrant that all funds deposited to your Account are from legitimate sources and that you have legal ownership and control over the deposited funds. ttmp4 reserves the right to request documentation proving the source of deposited funds at any time. We prohibit the use of stolen credit cards, fraudulent payment methods, or funds derived from illegal activities. Accounts found to be involved in money laundering or fraudulent transactions will be immediately closed and reported to relevant authorities.
Withdrawals are processed to the same Indonesian bank account or e-wallet used for deposits. You may be required to complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal. To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal eligibility. This means you must place bets totaling at least the amount of your deposit before you can withdraw the deposited funds.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits are Rp 50,000,000 per transaction and Rp 200,000,000 per calendar month for standard Accounts. VIP and Gold tier members may be eligible for higher limits. Exceptionally large withdrawals may be paid in installments at ttmp4's discretion.
Most withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes during Indonesian banking hours. Withdrawals requested outside banking hours or during public holidays may take up to 24 hours. First-time withdrawals or unusually large withdrawals may require additional security review and can take up to 72 hours. We strive to process all legitimate withdrawal requests as quickly as possible.
ttmp4 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your receiving bank or payment provider may impose receiving fees or currency conversion charges independently. Any fees charged by third-party payment processors are your responsibility.
Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible Players at ttmp4's sole discretion. Eligibility criteria, claiming procedures, wagering requirements, validity periods, and eligible games vary by promotion. Specific terms for each Bonus are published alongside the promotional offer. By claiming a Bonus, you agree to the specific terms associated with that promotion.
All Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the Bonus amount (or deposit plus Bonus amount) before the Bonus converts to withdrawable cash. For example, a Rp 100,000 Bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling Rp 3,000,000 before withdrawal eligibility. Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute 10-50%. Specific contribution percentages are outlined in each Bonus's terms.
ttmp4 strictly prohibits Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim Bonuses repeatedly, coordinated betting with other Players to guarantee profits, exploiting software errors or game malfunctions to gain unfair advantage, and using betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk. Players found to be abusing Bonuses will have their Accounts closed, Bonuses voided, and winnings forfeited.
You may cancel an active Bonus at any time by contacting customer support. Upon cancellation, the Bonus amount and any winnings derived from the Bonus will be removed from your Account. Only your original deposit (if applicable) will remain. ttmp4 may also cancel Bonuses at our discretion if we determine Terms have been violated.
All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for reviewing your bet slip before confirmation. ttmp4 is not liable for errors in bet placement caused by user error. Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type and event. We reserve the right to refuse or limit bets at our discretion, particularly on events with unusual betting patterns or suspected manipulation.
Sports bets are settled based on official results published by the governing sports body. In the event of a match postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, settlement rules vary by sport and market type. Generally, if a match is not completed, bets are voided and stakes refunded unless otherwise specified. For live (in-play) betting, we reserve the right to suspend betting markets during significant in-game events to adjust odds. Bets placed after the relevant event has occurred (e.g., after a goal is scored but before odds update) may be voided.
All casino games operate according to their published rules and RTP percentages. RTP information is available in each game's information panel. In the event of a software malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, ttmp4 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund stakes. For live dealer games, the dealer's decision is final subject to video review by our game operations team.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express written permission.
The ttmp4 name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use of our trademarks is prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement subject to legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ttmp4 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or personal injury, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.
ttmp4's total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the Service, please contact our customer support team via live chat, email, or WhatsApp. We will investigate your complaint promptly and respond within 72 hours. Most disputes are resolved through our internal complaints procedure.

Any unresolved disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ttmp4 operates. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of all disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Service.
ttmp4 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. We will post the revised Terms on the Platform with a new "Last Updated" date. Material changes may be communicated via email or through a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service and may request Account closure.
You may terminate your Account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting closure. Upon termination, you must withdraw any remaining Balance subject to verification and wagering requirement completion. ttmp4 may terminate your Account immediately without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination by ttmp4, any Bonuses, pending bets, and promotional winnings may be forfeited.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ttmp4 regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations, whether written or oral. No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.
